Liam has these wooden vegetables that can separate into pieces and stick back together with Velcro. Granted, it’s probably not 3M’s Velcro, but rather a generic hook-and-loop closure tab, but you get the idea. He hasn’t played with them in a while, and he wanted us to find them for him. He didn’t know what to call them.

“I want my play food.”
“It’s in your kitchen.”
“No, the play food with sticks.”
Now, had he said the play food that sticks, we may have gotten it. But we didn’t, so he went into his room and got his Velcro-strap shoes and said, “like this!”
